We will ship your order to the exact address provided at checkout and follow the shipping instructions accordingly. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address for international shipments, so please double-check your information to avoid delays or delivery issues.

If customs officials hold or seize your package, refunds will only be issued once the products are returned to us in their original condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

While most international shipments clear customs without issue, any customs clearance fees or import taxes must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Refusal of a package due to customs fees, or rejection by customs authorities for any reason, may result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, we can refund the cost of the products (excluding shipping and return fees) after receiving the returned package.
